Negative: Stornierung 2 Stunden vor Anreise, so etwas kann man nicht machen.

Never stayed in B&B and don’t think I will book again Positive: Nothing as we did not stay. Cancelled due to no cleaner at 14:50 on check in day. Properly owner / manager - Offered quick refund which was needed as I had to pay another £300 for 2 nights elsewhere - so thank u for that Negative: As above did not stay Owner or manager had to cancel us 10 mins before check in as property needing cleaning Caused lots of issues Stayed premier inn luckily we got a room.

Good property, bad communication from host Positive: The house was lovely, a perfect location and plenty of space. A nice modern setting Negative: There was one fork, the door handle was broken on the upper bedroom door, the front door key wouldn't work properly and for ease we had to use the back door. I repeatedly messaged the host and only got generic type replies, I messaged to say we were struggling to access the front door when we got there, no reply, and we were tired and needed to get in. I eventually got 1 reply a day later apologising for not replying and asking if everything was ok, so I again told them about the issues and it went back to no reply, I also got charged for late check out simply because I asked about it and am awaiting a confirmation of a refund for this as we vacated the property at 5.15am, I've had no acknowledgement or reply about this either. It's such a shame as it is a lovely property, just needs the host to make an effort with communication. Also there was nothing to sweep up with.

Positive: Clean nice and new

Perfect little getaway. Positive: Great location, easy access and parking. Perfect for quick stop over. Negative: Could do with some coat hooks and hand towels for bathrooms.
